Buriedinhell Records is not responsible for your decisions. NO RETURNS. If you ordered it, we will send it to you. If you decide that you don't like what you ordered or if you accidentally ordered the wrong title, thats not our fault. Please do your research before ordering any titles to ensure that your rigid genre preference will be satisfied. As stated above: NO RETURNS!!!
If you would like to cancel your order/pre-order, Buriedinhell Records WILL NOT cancel it after 24 Hours. If you decide that you cannot afford your order or you accidentally order the wrong item, we can cancel your order if your cancelation email reaches us within 24 hours. We are not responsible for unseen "cancelation emails" that may have gone to our SPAM folder. If/when we cancel your order, your paypal account will be refunded with the original paypal fee subtracted from your refund. We have to pay paypal to accept money, its only fair that you pay for that. Please make a conscious decision when ordering items from Buriedinhell Records. Please respect it as a commitment.
Buriedinhell Records is not responsible for damage to items shipped. We pack your items with care. If it is damaged by the US Postal Service, there's nothing we can do. If this is a concern, please add insurance to your order at check out. USPS will usually cover up to about $100.00 in damages to your order. We cannot be held responsible for foreign (non-USA) orders that get destroyed in the mail. We will not take responsibility for damaged jewel cases. Jewel cases are fragile and tend to break in shipping (especially if you select the cheapest mailing option: media mail). They can be replaced for about 25 Cents. Sorry, we cannot offer insurance to foreign orders, nor can we track them. About 99% of our foreign and domestic orders arrive at their destination in a timely fashion and in undamaged condition. But please remember that you are ordering at your own risk! Buriedinhell Records cannot reimburse you or replace any items that are lost or damaged during international shipping. Buriedinhell Records is not responsible for any customs, duties or taxes incurred on your shipment. Unfortunately, you are responsible for paying these fees if required by your country's customs agents.
